Will has something he would like to share....
Will is now 3 months away from being 3 years old and I can't believe it!! He is quite possibly the funniest person I know and amazes me everyday with how smart he is. He definitely rules the roost and he knows it. His teacher told me the other day that they all call him "The Captain" at school. I wasn't sure if I should be proud or embarrassed!! I chose to be proud. Mom says he gets that from me...being in charge!! He takes in everything around him and is constantly thinking and contemplating his next move. He thinks it is hilarious to call his Daddy by his first name and mock the things I say to him. I have to be really, really careful!! He loves to give hugs and kisses, even to people he has just met! We went to a birthday party on Saturday and when we left, he went around and gave every little boy and girl hugs and kisses! I guess all the affection he has received since his birth is rubbing off! He tells us he loves us all the time, which is so wonderful. I probably have told him a thousand times a day since he was born that I love him, so this too has rubbed off on him! He also tells me that he loves me to the moon and back...of course he sometimes will add that he loves his toys to the moon and back, or his playground to the moon and back...but I still treasure it!!! With all the wonderful things he is, he can still be a little devil at times. He knows exactly how to push mine and Pat's buttons, and he does this quite often. The time out chair has been a big part of his 2's, and he will sometimes put himself in it if I give him the look. But, somehow, even in his worst moments, he can give Pat and I this look that melts us and we can't help but smile! He is definitely the light of our lives!
I went to see Jackson again this morning and he is so darn cute. I don't know how it is possible, but he is cuter everytime I see him! He is definitely a mix of Kiki and Drew, but he sure does favor Drew. He has Kiki's lips, but from the nose up, he is all Drew...even his hair line! I think he looks so much like Drew in this first picture...how many times have we seen that look on Drew's face???!!! He is so alert and so strong already! He picks his little head up all by himself for a few seconds!! I look forward to many visits to hold that sweet boy in my arms!! Kiki, you are doing great and I am so proud of you..you are a wonderful mother!!! You and Drew did a great job!!xoxo
Welcome to the world, Jackson Davis Bozard!!! Congrats Kiki and Drew!! Jackson was born at 4:33pm Tuesday, March 20 weighing in at 8lbs. 2oz. and 21 inches long!! Leave it to little Kiki to have the biggest baby!! Going to see him in a little while, so will have some pictures to post shortly! I can't wait to get my hands on that sweet boy!!
I know that I am total slacker. Things have been so busy around here and I just haven't had time to sit down and blog. Not to mention, our computer is down, so we are using Pat's laptop for now. This makes pictures a little harder to put on the blog. Last week, Will had lots of playdates! Wright came over on Monday, Durham came over Thursday morning, and Haley, Emory Anne, and Patrick Daniels came over on Thursday afternoon! Will so enjoyed all these visits from his friends! Gamma and Gampa also came in for the weekend and we all ate dinner at Chris and Ariail's on Friday night. Will got an early Easter basket from them and loved all his cool stuff. He also enjoyed getting to play with Durham again. Saturday night, Gamma and Gampa babysat Will and Durham so we could go to dinner with Chris and Arial. Thanks for letting us have an adult night!! Once again, Will was thrilled to play with Durham, yet again!! I really think they will be the best of friends. They are so sweet and love to give eachother hugs and kisses! It was good to see Gamma and Gampa and we hope to see them soon. Will also had a visit from his Auntie Kim on Saturday and loved getting to play with her all day!! He can't wait until she comes back in April!! Pat and I (well, mostly Pat) has been working on some projects around the house. We completed the upstairs bathroom on Sunday (hooray!!)! Pat put in new tile and vanities and painted! It looks so good and we are so thankful!! Now, we are about to start prepping for new granite and glazing our kitchen cabinets. After that, a circular driveway....and then I think we will be done with home improvements for a while.
